SHIPPING + RETURNS
All orders are shipped from our Bali warehouse, where our shoes are hand made with love.
We ship internationally via EMS shipping service, as they are known for their reliability. Generally items are delivered within seven days.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Staying up to date with the progress of your shipment is the best way to ensure on time delivery.
Please be sure to check your countries import taxes, as we are not liable for any customs fees incurred on your shipment.
We do not offer exchanges, but we will happily accept the return of your purchase in as-new condition via a tracked post method to our Bali warehouse and once received we will issue a full refund for the item, excluding shipping. You may then repurchase in your desired style.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
